All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party suppliers.

Travel involves inherent risks, and conditions may change without notice. By booking through or travelling with Connoisseur of Luxury, you acknowledge and accept that travel experiences may be affected by factors beyond our control.

This Travel Disclaimer should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, as it forms part of your agreement with us.

2. Third-Party Suppliers

Connoisseur of Luxury acts solely as a travel planner and experience curator. All transportation, accommodation, tours, activities, and related travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

These suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions and are responsible for the delivery of their services. Connoisseur of Luxury does not own, manage, or control any third-party suppliers and cannot be held responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, changes, or failures.

Any contracts entered into for travel services are between you and the relevant third-party supplier. By booking through Connoisseur of Luxury, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of those suppliers.

3. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents

It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure that they hold valid passports, visas, permits, and any other required travel documentation for all destinations on their itinerary.

Passports must be valid for the required period specified by the destination country and may require a minimum number of blank pages. Visa requirements vary depending on nationality, destination, and length of stay, and are subject to change without notice.

Connoisseur of Luxury is not responsible for:

• Refused entry or denied boarding due to incorrect or missing documentation
• Costs incurred as a result of inadequate or invalid travel documents
• Changes in passport, visa, or entry requirements imposed by governments or authorities

We strongly recommend that travellers check official government sources and consult relevant embassies or consulates well in advance of travel to ensure compliance with all entry requirements.

4. Health, Safety & Risk

Travel may involve health, safety, and environmental risks that are beyond the control of Connoisseur of Luxury. By booking a trip or participating in any travel experience arranged by us, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

It is the traveller’s responsibility to:

• Ensure they are medically fit to travel
• Obtain appropriate vaccinations and health advice prior to departure
• Disclose any relevant medical conditions or special requirements where necessary
• Carry adequate travel insurance covering medical treatment, emergencies, cancellations, and activities undertaken

Participation in certain activities may involve additional risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by third-party suppliers, guides, or hosts at all times.

Connoisseur of Luxury shall not be liable for illness, injury, accidents, loss, or damage suffered during travel, except where required by law.

5. Itinerary Changes

All itineraries provided by Connoisseur of Luxury are subject to change.

Changes may be necessary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to availability, weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, supplier changes, local regulations, or force majeure events.

Connoisseur of Luxury reserves the right to:

• Modify the order of activities
• Substitute accommodations, transport, or experiences with alternatives of a similar standard
• Adjust schedules, routes, or timings
• Remove or replace specific elements of an itinerary where reasonably necessary

Minor changes do not entitle the traveller to a refund. Where significant changes are required, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives.

By booking with Connoisseur of Luxury, you acknowledge that flexibility is an essential part of travel and agree to accept reasonable itinerary modifications.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers booking through Connoisseur of Luxury.

Travel insurance should, at a minimum, cover:

• Medical expenses and emergency treatment
• Trip cancellation or curtailment
• Travel delays and disruptions
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Activities included in your itinerary

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance policy provides adequate coverage for their specific trip, destination, and planned activities.

Connoisseur of Luxury is not responsible for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred due to insufficient or lack of travel insurance.

7. Traveller Responsibility

Travellers are responsible for their own conduct, safety, and well-being at all times during travel arranged or facilitated by Connoisseur of Luxury.

This includes responsibility for:

• Complying with local laws, customs, and regulations in all destinations
• Following instructions and safety guidance provided by third-party suppliers, guides, or hosts
• Arriving on time for scheduled services, activities, transfers, and departures
• Behaving respectfully toward fellow travellers, staff, and local communities
• Ensuring personal belongings are kept secure

Connoisseur of Luxury reserves the right to remove a traveller from a trip or service, without refund, if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or detrimental to the experience of others.

Any costs incurred as a result of a traveller’s actions or failure to comply with instructions or requirements will be the sole responsibility of the traveller.

8. Delays, Disruptions & Force Majeure

Connoisseur of Luxury shall not be liable for any delays, disruptions, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Transportation disruptions
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Government actions, border closures, or travel restrictions
• Civil unrest, strikes, or industrial action
• Supplier failure or operational issues

Such events may result in changes to itineraries, accommodations, activities, or travel schedules. Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to minimise disruption and offer suitable alternatives, but no guarantees can be made.

No refunds, compensation, or liability will arise from delays or disruptions caused by force majeure events, except where required by law or permitted under third-party supplier policies.

By booking with Connoisseur of Luxury, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of delays and disruptions as an inherent part of travel.
