Group Trips

Hosted journeys designed for connection, comfort, and unforgettable moments.

Each group trip includes a curated itinerary with a premium pace, selected experiences listed on the trip page, and hosted coordination throughout. Your trip page will clearly outline what’s included, such as accommodation, certain activities, group transfers, and hosted dinners where applicable.

Anything not included, such as flights, travel insurance, and personal spending, will also be listed on the trip page so you always know what to expect before booking.

Yes — most of our guests join solo. Luxe Solo Club trips are designed to feel welcoming, calm, and organised, with plenty of opportunities to connect naturally without pressure.

If you choose a shared room, we can match you with another guest where possible. If you prefer your own space, you can select a private room option subject to availability.

No. Most trips offer both shared and private room options. Shared rooms are a great value option, and private rooms give you complete personal space.

Room options and pricing will always be listed on the trip page so you can choose what suits you best.

Our itineraries are structured enough to feel seamless, but never rushed. Key activities and hosted moments are planned, and we also build in free time so you can rest, explore, or do your own thing.

Think “organised luxury” — everything flows, but you still have breathing room.

That’s okay — life happens. You can arrive later or leave early, but please note that we may not be able to include extra private transfers outside the official arrival and departure window unless stated on the trip page.

If you have special travel timings, tell us when you enquire and we’ll guide you on the best option.

Luxe Solo Club trips are women-only, created for women who want elevated travel, connection, and comfort in a safe, supportive group environment.

Our wider Connoisseur of Luxury services also include private travel planning for everyone — solo travellers, couples, families, and private groups.

Private Travel

Bespoke means your trip is designed around you — your budget, preferences, pace, and travel style. We don’t sell generic itineraries; we curate options and structure them into a smooth, premium plan.

This can include accommodation sourcing, itinerary building, experiences, and travel guidance, depending on what you request.

Planning time depends on trip complexity and how quickly you confirm options. Most itineraries can be completed within 3–10 business days once we have your full details and preferences.

For urgent requests, let us know your deadlines and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Yes. We plan honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, and luxury celebrations. You can request romantic extras like private dining, yacht days, spa experiences, and destination surprises.

Yes — we plan private group trips for friends, birthdays, corporate escapes, bridal parties, and family travel.

We’ll help you build a structured itinerary that works for a group while still feeling premium and organised.

Absolutely. If you already have hotels or experiences in mind, share them in your enquiry and we’ll build your itinerary around them, or provide elevated alternatives if needed.

We can also recommend options if you’re open — our goal is to match your taste and travel style.

We’ll shortlist destinations and propose a clear plan based on your preferences.

Payments

Clear, secure payments — including deposits and flexible options where available.

Yes — for selected trips we offer deposits so you can secure your space first and pay the remaining balance later. Deposit amounts and payment deadlines will always be listed on the trip page.

Please note that deposits are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

Yes. Where available, you can pay using instalment options at checkout, or through a structured payment plan offered by us for select trips.

If instalments are available for your trip, they will be shown on the trip page during booking.

We accept secure payments via Stripe (debit/credit card).

Payment methods can vary depending on the trip, so always check the payment section on the trip page.

Full payment deadlines depend on the trip and supplier requirements. Your final payment date will be clearly listed on the trip page and confirmed after booking.

All balances must be paid in full before departure. If a balance isn’t paid by the deadline, the booking may be cancelled in line with our Terms & Conditions.

Prices are not officially secured until a booking is confirmed and payment, whether deposit or full amount, is received. Travel pricing can change based on availability and supplier rates.

Once your booking is confirmed, your price is secured for that booking.

Policies

In some cases, bookings may be transferable, subject to supplier rules, name change fees, and timing. If you need to transfer your booking, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll advise what’s possible.

Transfers are not guaranteed and may not be possible close to departure.

Yes — travel insurance is required for all travellers. Your policy should cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, delays, and personal belongings.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you confirm your booking.

No. Travellers are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid and for arranging any required visas.

If you’re unsure what you need, message us and we’ll point you to the correct official guidance for your nationality.

We plan carefully to keep the itinerary consistent, but sometimes small changes may be necessary due to weather, safety, supplier availability, or operational reasons.

If changes are needed, we will always aim to provide a like-for-like experience of equal value and maintain the overall flow of the trip.

We’ll always do our best to support dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and medical considerations where possible.

Please let us know as early as possible, ideally at enquiry or booking stage, so we can check what can be accommodated with hotels, transfers, and activity providers.
